Unforgettable Car AI refunds: one-time credit packs that never renew, failed videos refunded as credits automatically, and when to email us for money back.

Unforgettable Car AI sells one-time credit packs. This page explains what happens to your credits when a video fails, and when you can get your money back.

What you buy

  • Single Reveal: $5.99 for 170 credits
  • Starter: $19.90 for 600 credits
  • Creator: $49.90 for 1,800 credits

These are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and you won't be charged again unless you buy another pack. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Failed videos are refunded automatically

Credits are taken when a video starts generating. If the video fails, for example because the video service declined the photo or the generation errored, the credits for that video go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Money refunds

If you bought a pack by mistake and haven't used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack isn't refundable, but if a finished video is clearly broken (e.g. no face, frozen video) email us with the task and we'll restore the credits.

Expired credits, and videos that generated correctly but that you simply don't like, are not refunded.

How to ask

Email support@unforgettablecarai.app from the address on your account and include:

  • The email address you signed in with.
  • The pack and the date you bought it.
  • For a broken video, the task ID from My videos and a short description of the problem.

We reply within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Restored credits appear in your balance as soon as we add them.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer; most problems are solved faster that way. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the account and remove the credits from that purchase while the dispute is open.
