Singing dog AI: make your dog sing or talk from one photo
Unforgettable Car AI's singing dog AI is a browser tool that turns one photo of your dog, cat or other pet (two photos for a pair) into a 5, 10 or 15 second video in which it sings or talks. It costs from $9.90 for 170 credits, and a 5 s 480p clip is 9 credits. There is no free video (the 3 signup credits, when on, do not cover one) and no watermark; the MP4 is 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, 480p to 1080p.
Sing or talk · 1 or 2 pet photos · AI voice or your own 2-15 s clip · 6 models · 5/10/15 s · MP4, no watermark
Make your pet sing or talk
The exact prompt we send
The speaker is the pet in @Image1. Keep its species, breed, size, fur colour and markings, eye colour, ears and collar exactly as in the photo in every frame. It keeps its own animal muzzle or beak, nose and teeth: no human lips, no human teeth, no human hands, no extra legs or paws. A cosy living room at home in soft daylight, a sofa and a wooden floor behind it. The pet sits close to a phone camera held at its eye level and looks straight into the lens, like a casual selfie video, tilting its head now and then. vertical 9:16, 10 seconds, one continuous shot at the pet’s eye level with the head and upper body in frame, a slow gentle push-in. It talks like a person in a casual conversation: the mouth opens and closes on every spoken syllable at a natural speaking pace, small shapes for short words and wider ones for stressed words, closed in the pauses between sentences; the eyebrows and ears react to what it says, and it blinks normally. Sound: the pet talks in a funny, expressive animal voice, clearly speaking these words in English, in order: "Honest review of my humans: great snacks, terrible at sharing the couch. Five stars anyway." Natural speaking pace with short pauses between sentences; if the words do not all fit in 10 seconds, stop after the last full sentence that fits. Quiet room tone only; no music, no singing, no narration. No on-screen text, captions, lyrics, logos or watermarks; anything written in the scene is blank.

What you get
Example pet videos in the tool's scenes. More examples, and what each one shows, are further down the page.
A golden retriever talks first, then sings, on a stage
8s · Stage scene: it speaks one sentence to the audience in a bow tie, then sings into a vintage microphone. 9:16.
A chihuahua in headphones sings silly words in a studio
10s · Studio scene: original funny words about mom and snacks, mouth in time with each line. Close to 3:4.
Can a singing dog AI make my dog talk (AI dog talking)?
Yes. Switch the tool to Talk and the same photo-to-video model makes an AI dog talking video instead of a singing one: your dog says one of the ready-made lines in a funny animal voice, or it moves its mouth on a 2-15 s recording of your own voice, so it says exactly what you said. The result is a 5, 10 or 15 s MP4 with the speech in it.
Talking needs a different mouth motion from singing: short, quick shapes on each syllable at speaking speed, with closed pauses between sentences, instead of long open vowels held on a melody. The prompt changes for that (you can read the exact prompt in the tool). Your dog's face, breed and markings come from your photo either way.
- AI voice: pick a line (a review of its humans, dinner at five, the missing sock, the walk, a talk show opener). The model writes the voice; it sounds like a cartoon dog, not like your dog.
- Your own voice: record the line on your phone as an MP3 or WAV of 2 to 15 seconds and upload it. This is how you get your own words, a name, a joke or another language.
- Two photos: the two pets take turns, one speaks while the other listens, which is how the “dogs talking to each other” and “dogs talking about humans” videos are made.
Singing vs talking pet AI: what is different?
It is the same kind of tool: a photo of the pet plus a sound, turned into a video where the mouth follows the sound. Singing follows a melody, so the mouth holds long open notes and the head sways on the beat; talking follows speech, so the mouth makes short quick shapes and stops between sentences. Here both use the same models and the same price.
| Aspect | Sing | Talk |
|---|---|---|
| Mouth | Wide, held vowels on long notes; eyes close on high notes | Small, fast shapes on each syllable; closed in pauses |
| AI voice | An original song in the scene's style, or Happy Birthday | One of five ready-made lines in a cartoon animal voice |
| How much fits | About 6-8 sung words per 5 s | About 11-13 spoken words per 5 s |
| Your own clip | A 2-15 s part of a song; the music stays in the video | A 2-15 s voice memo; your recording is the soundtrack |
| Scenes | Bathtub opera, stage, studio, birthday party | Talking to the camera at home, talk show desk |
How many words fit in a 5, 10 or 15 second talking dog video?
At a normal speaking pace a talking pet says about 11 to 13 words in 5 seconds, 22 to 26 in 10 seconds and 33 to 39 in 15 seconds. Singing is slower, about half that. If your line or clip is longer than the video, the end is cut off, so pick the length from the words, not the other way round.
| Length | Talking | Singing | What fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5s | 11–13 words | 6–8 words | One short sentence or a punchline; a quick reaction clip |
| 10s | 22–26 words | 12–16 words | Any of the ready-made lines; two pets swapping one sentence each |
| 15s | 33–39 words | 18–24 words | A short back-and-forth between two pets, or a talk show opener with a pause |
These are rough ranges for clear English speech. A fast rap, a long name or another language needs more time per word; when in doubt, record your clip and check its length before uploading (the upload refuses clips under 2 s or over 15 s).
Can two dogs talk to each other or sing a duet?
Yes, from two photos: add a second pet photo and the two animals appear side by side in one shot and take turns. In Talk mode the left pet says the first sentence while the right one listens, then the right one answers. In Sing mode they sing alternate lines and the last line together. A dog and a cat can be paired.
Use two separate photos, one animal each, both facing the camera; a single photo with two dogs in it is not split. For a “dogs talking about humans” bit, pick the talk show scene (one host, one guest) or the camera scene, and record both voices in one clip if you want your own dialogue: the pets take turns on the speech in it. Each pet keeps its own breed and markings; if they start to look alike, try photos with clearly different backgrounds or another model.
How much does a singing or talking dog video cost?
A video costs 9 credits for 5 s at 480p on the default model ($0.25 at the Creator Pack rate) and up to 724 credits for 15 s at 1080p on Seedance 2.5. The first pack is $9.90 for 170 credits, enough for 18 five-second or 10 ten-second default videos. Talking and singing cost the same, and so do one or two photos.

How to make a dog singing AI video (or a talking one)
Upload a clear photo of your dog, choose Sing or Talk and a scene, choose the AI voice or upload your own 2-15 s clip, then pick the length and generate. The video is usually ready in 2 to 8 minutes and downloads as an MP4.
- Add the photo. Use a sharp, front-facing photo with the whole head and the mouth in view; add a second photo for a pair.
- Pick Sing or Talk and a scene. Sing: bathtub opera, stage, studio or a birthday party. Talk: talking to the camera at home or a talk show desk.
- Choose the voice. AI voice (a ready-made line or song) or your own MP3/WAV clip of 2 to 15 seconds for your own words or a song you pick.
- Set length and model, then generate. 5, 10 or 15 s; Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p is the default at 9 credits for 5 s. Download the MP4 when it is ready.
What singing and talking dog AI videos look like
The five examples below show the kind of video this tool makes, across four of its scenes (stage, studio, bathtub and at home facing the camera). Watch the mouth: on a good result it opens on each syllable and closes in the pauses, and the fur pattern stays the same from the first frame to the last. Three are close to 3:4 and the clips run 7.5 to 20 s; this tool outputs 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 at 5, 10 or 15 s.
A dachshund puppy sings a pop chorus straight to the phone
20s · Singing at home to the phone camera, with a song clip: the puppy sits on a wooden floor and looks up at the lens. This clip runs 20 s; this tool makes up to 15 s. Close to 3:4.
A golden retriever sings opera in a towel with a hair dryer
10s · Bathtub opera scene, the October 2026 trend look: eyes closed on the high notes. Near the end a human hand holds the dryer; this tool's prompt asks for no human hands. 9:16.
A white cat sings a pop line into the phone at home
15s · Singing at home to the phone camera, a cat this time: whiskers and pink nose stay the same while the mouth moves. 3:4.

What it can't do, and when it looks wrong
It is not a dog translator and it does not read your dog's barks; it makes a video where your dog appears to sing or say the sound you chose. It cannot take typed words on this site (record them instead), it does not export GIFs, and it struggles with side-on photos, covered mouths and very dark faces.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| “Will it tell me what my dog is thinking?” | No. Talking collars and translator apps claim that; this makes a funny video from words you choose. |
| I want it to say my own sentence | There is no text box here. Record the sentence (any language) as a 2-15 s voice memo and upload it. |
| The mouth looks human or shows human teeth | Use a front-facing photo with the muzzle clearly visible; dark-faced dogs do better in bright, even light. Try Seedance 2.5 for detail. |
| The mouth is behind fast words or rap | Use a slower, clearer clip or a longer video for the same words; a 5 s video with 20 words will rush or cut off. |
| I need a GIF | The tool makes MP4 (with sound). Convert the downloaded MP4 in any GIF converter; the sound is lost in a GIF. |
| Paws gesturing like hands | The prompt asks for animal paws and no human hands, so big hand gestures are not added; the bathtub and stage scenes hold a prop. |
What is the singing dog trend?
Singing dog AI videos are pet photos animated to sing or talk, posted on TikTok and Reels. The idea goes back to photo-animation apps like Revive (2022); a toy poodle rapping a Chinese song went viral in November 2024, and in October 2026 pets singing opera in a bathtub with a towel and a hair dryer became the new version.
The 2024 clip is the “Chinese rap dog”: a poodle lip-syncing SKAI ISYOURGOD's song “Yin Guo” (the gold-and-silver-mountains line). The 2026 bathtub version uses the same idea with a costume and a prop. Talking pet videos run alongside both: talk-show bits, pets reviewing their owners, and two pets arguing. Whichever you make, label it as AI-generated when the platform asks.
Singing and talking dog AI: FAQ
Is this a dog translator or an AI talking collar?
No. It does not listen to your dog or guess its thoughts. It animates your dog's photo so it appears to say a line you picked, or the words you recorded, for a video you can share.
Can my dog talk in my own voice?
Yes. Choose Talk, then “My own voice clip”, and upload an MP3 or WAV of 2 to 15 seconds. Your dog's mouth moves on your words and your recording is the video's sound. Seedance models and Wan 3.0 take clips; MiniMax H3 uses its own voice only.
Does a talking video cost more than a singing one?
No. The price depends only on the model, the length and the resolution: 9 credits for 5 s at 480p on the default model, the same for singing or talking, one or two pets.
Is there a free way to make my dog talk with AI?
Not here: there is no free video, and the 3 signup credits (when on) do not cover one. The cheapest video is 9 credits ($0.25); the first pack is $9.90.
Can I make a talking or singing dog GIF?
The tool exports MP4 with sound. To post a GIF, convert the downloaded MP4 with any GIF converter; keep it short (5 s) because GIFs get large and lose the sound.
Is this singing pet AI only for dogs, or does it work as an AI singing animal tool for cats too?
Yes. Any pet with a clear face works the same way; cats keep their whiskers and nose shape if the photo is sharp and front-facing. A dog and a cat can be paired with two photos.
Do I have to label it as AI when I post it?
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask creators to label realistic AI-generated video. A talking pet is obviously not real to most viewers, but turning the AI label on is the safe choice, especially if you post your own voice in it.
