Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Unforgettable Car AI (unforgettablecarai.app) collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to the website and the video generator.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in, we receive your email address and, if the sign-in method provides them, your name and profile picture. This includes signing in with Google.
• Photos you upload. The photo of a person you upload for a video, and any car photo you upload.
• Videos you generate. The finished videos and the settings you chose (car, frame, resolution), along with the status of each generation task.
• Payment records. When you buy a credit pack, the payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive a record of the order (pack, amount, currency, date, status) and an identifier from the processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Credit history. Credits added, used, refunded and their expiry dates.
• Signup source. When you first visit, we store small cookies with the site that referred you (for example a search engine or social app) and the first page you landed on, and save them to your account when you sign up. This tells us how people find the site.
• Basic analytics and cookies. Pages visited, device and browser type, and similar usage information, plus the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme.
• IP address. Recorded with requests and at signup, used to prevent abuse such as fraudulent payments or repeated sign-ups.
• Messages to support. Anything you send us by email.

How your photos are used

• Uploaded photos are stored under random file names, not your name.
• They are used only to make the video you requested.
• To generate the video, your photo and request are sent to our third-party AI video provider, which runs a safety review on the images before generating.
• Your photos and videos are not shown publicly on the site or shared with anyone other than the service providers listed below.
• We do not use your photos or videos to train our AI models.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it, and never of anyone under 18.

How we use your data

• To run your account and generate, store and deliver your videos.
• To process payments, add credits and refund credits for failed videos.
• To send service emails, such as sign-in and purchase confirmations or replies to your support requests.
• To understand how the site is found and used, so we can improve it.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare, for hosting, file storage and content delivery (CDN).
• Our database host, which stores account, task and credit records.
• Our AI video provider, which receives your photo and request to generate the video and runs its safety review.
• Our payment processor, which handles checkout and your payment details.
• Our email provider, which delivers service emails.
• Sign-in providers such as Google, when you choose to sign in with them.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the service, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept so you can download your videos from My videos. They are deleted when you ask: email support@unforgettablecarai.app.
• Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you ask us to delete the account.
• Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Logs and abuse-prevention data are kept only as long as needed for security and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is wrong.
• Delete your photos, videos or whole account.
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose, where the law gives you that right.

Email support@unforgettablecarai.app from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm it's you before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for sign-in, security and preferences, plus cookies for the signup source and basic analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the essential ones, signing in won't work.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a child has used the service or that a photo of a minor was uploaded, email us and we'll delete it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Security

Uploaded files are stored under random names, connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and access to account data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a sign-in method you keep safe.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. For significant changes we'll give notice on the site or by email.
