Terms of Service

The rules for using Unforgettable Car AI: one-time credit packs, who can use it, which photos you may upload, who owns the videos, and our liability limits.

These terms apply when you use Unforgettable Car AI at unforgettablecarai.app (the "service"). By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Unforgettable Car AI makes short AI videos in the style of the "Unforgettable" car trend from a photo you upload. You upload a photo of a person, choose a car, and the service sends your request to a third-party AI video model, which generates a 15-second MP4 that you can download from My videos.

The results are produced by an AI model. They can differ from the photo, contain visual errors, or not match what you expected. Each video is generated new; we can't guarantee a particular result.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with an email address or a third-party sign-in such as Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us at support@unforgettablecarai.app if you think someone else has used it.

Credits, payment and refunds

  • Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs; there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current packs and prices are on the pricing page.
  • The number of credits a video costs depends on its resolution and is shown before you press Generate. Credits are taken when generation starts.
  • If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Unused credits expire after that and have no cash value. They can't be transferred to another account.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
  • Money refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission to use their photo for this purpose. You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of anyone under 18.
  • Upload a photo of someone without their permission, or use the service to impersonate a real person.
  • Create sexual, nude, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content, or content that is deceptive about who someone is or what they did.
  • Use any output to defraud, scam, harass, threaten, bully or embarrass anyone, or to mislead people into thinking a real event happened.
  • Use a video to suggest that a car maker, brand or person endorses you when they don't.
  • Break any law, or any rule of the platform where you post the video.
  • Try to get around our safety checks, credit system or rate limits, or access the service with automated tools beyond normal use.

When you post a video made with the service, label it as AI-generated. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube provide an AI-generated label for this.

Your photos and the videos you make

  • You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and send them to our service providers only as needed to make your video and run the service.
  • We use your photos only to make your videos. We don't show them publicly and don't use them to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how they are stored and deleted.
  • You may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use and share them.
  • The generated video may carry the sound of the original trend clip. The song "Unforgettable" is a commercial recording owned by its rights holders. Posting a personal clip on social platforms is up to you and those platforms' music rules; using the video in an advertisement or other commercial work may require a music licence, which you are responsible for getting.
  • You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo and that your use of the service doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Third-party AI provider and safety review

Videos are generated by a third-party AI video model. Your photo and request are sent to that provider, which runs its own safety review. The provider, or our own checks, may decline a photo or block a request, for example if it may show a minor or unsafe content. When a request is declined or fails, its credits are refunded automatically. We may also refuse or remove any request that we believe breaks these terms.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided as available. Generation can be slow or temporarily unavailable, for example when the AI provider is busy or down. We may change, add or remove features, cars, resolutions or prices; changes to prices don't affect credits you have already bought.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and files by emailing support@unforgettablecarai.app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or creates legal risk for us or others.

Disclaimers

The service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that a video will look like the person in the photo, be free of errors, or be suitable for any particular use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded by contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
