If the phone moves between takes, the cut will jump. 2. **Clip A, the setup:** stand where the car will be visible behind you, but with the car out of shot or not there yet. Do beats 1 to 4: look away, talk, raise the 2 and 4, then sweep your hand over the lens and hold it there for a second. 3. **Clip B, the reveal:** move the car into place behind you (or reframe so it is in shot). Fix the phone in place, refilm back to back, and cut while your hand covers the lens. - **The swipe misses the beat.** Another cut of the song was added, or the clip was shifted. Use the trend's own sound and line the swipe up at about 4.5 seconds. - **The 2 and 4 read 42 or look mirrored.** The front camera or an editing app flipped the image. Check that the 2 is on the left in the final video, check whether your phone mirrors front-camera footage, and don't flip the clip in the editor. - **Your face doesn't look like you (AI route).** The photo had a small, side-on or filtered face. Use a front-facing photo with the face larger in the frame and no filter. - **The video is blurry or soft.** 480p, or a low-resolution photo. Choose 720p or 1080p and a sharper photo. - **Strange hands or shadows.** Hands near the face or a busy background in the photo. Use a photo with hands down and a plain background. - **The car's colour or shape changed.** The car photo was cropped, dark or side-on. Use the whole car in view, in daylight, at a three-quarter angle. For example "grey coupe", "red convertible" or "black SUV". A specific model name can help, but simpler descriptions tend to keep the car's shape more stable. Keep the rest as it is; the timings, "completely still" and "digits not mirrored" each prevent a common failure. ## How do you use it in an image-to-video tool? The prompt is written for tools that take a reference photo of a person plus a text prompt. If the video fails, for example because the video service declined the photo or the generation errored, the credits for that video go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us. ## Money refunds If you bought a pack by mistake and haven't used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack isn't refundable, but if a finished video is clearly broken (e.g. no face, frozen video) email us with the task and we'll restore the credits. The results are produced by an AI model. They can differ from the photo, contain visual errors, or not match what you expected. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube provide an AI-generated label for this. ## Your photos and the videos you make - You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and send them to our service providers only as needed to make your video and run the service. - We use your photos only to make your videos. We don't show them publicly and don't use them to train AI models. You are responsible for how you use and share them. - The generated video may carry the sound of the original trend clip. The song "Unforgettable" is a commercial recording owned by its rights holders. Posting a personal clip on social platforms is up to you and those platforms' music rules; using the video in an advertisement or other commercial work may require a music licence, which you are responsible for getting. - You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo and that your use of the service doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. ## Third-party AI provider and safety review Videos are generated by a third-party AI video model. Your photo and request are sent to that provider, which runs its own safety review. The provider, or our own checks, may decline a photo or block a request, for example if it may show a minor or unsafe content. When a request is declined or fails, its credits are refunded automatically. We may also refuse or remove any request that we believe breaks these terms. ## Service availability We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided as available. Generation can be slow or temporarily unavailable, for example when the AI provider is busy or down. We may change, add or remove features, cars, resolutions or prices; changes to prices don't affect credits you have already bought. ## Termination You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and files by emailing [support@unforgettablecarai.app](mailto:support@unforgettablecarai.app). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or creates legal risk for us or others. ## Disclaimers The service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that a video will look like the person in the photo, be free of errors, or be suitable for any particular use. ## Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded by contract. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the site or by email.
